*OUR TRAINERS:

Our training techniques are one of a kind. Coaches today often have no college preparation, hold no accredited certifications, not to mention having no real specialization, and running clients through "circuits" with no focus, goal, plan, purpose or strategy. At S2FT, we are firm believers at identifying, developing, and executing physical and mental progress on a consistent  basis. Our one-on-one and group programs does not end with the sessions, we are always there to support you nutritionally, mentally and physically on your journey to becoming a better you.
